St. Lawrence Market's Evening at the Market event and red carpet with celebrity chef Claudio Aprile
The St. Lawrence Market's historic South Market building will be transformed for the Evening at the Market culinary experience on Thursday. This sold out event has already raised $30,000 for charitable partner Second Harvest through advanced ticket sales.

Date: Thursday, November 10
Time: 6:45 p.m. (red-carpet photos and interviews), 7 to 10 p.m. (event)
Location: St. Lawrence Market South, 95 Front St. E., main entrance

Chef Claudio Aprile will be available for photographs and interviews on the red carpet at the beginning of the event. Throughout the night Chef Claudio will treat event attendees to spectacular live cooking demonstrations of family favourite recipes such as Spanish turkey.

Approximately 2,000 guests will experience Evening at the Market with aerial circus feats by Zero Gravity Circus, jazz from the Yonge Kings and live food sculpture art from Say It With Fruit. St. Lawrence Market merchants will serve specialties that include chianti braised short rib, camel meatballs, ahi tuna poke, petits fours and much more.

Evening at the Market proceeds benefit Second Harvest. This event is made possible by the generous support of event partners George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Waterloo Brewing Co., Santa Margherita Wines and Smartwater.
