National Housing Day events in Toronto tomorrow
The City of Toronto and community partners are holding two events tomorrow, November 22, to mark National Housing Day.

Event: Taking Action on National Housing Day
Date: Tuesday, November 22
Time: noon to 2 p.m.
Location: Church of the Holy Trinity, 9 Trinity Square (Eaton's Centre)

Event: PechaKucha
Date: Tuesday, November 22
Time: 6 to 9 p.m.
Location: Sears Atrium, Ryerson University, 245 Church St.

At the afternoon event, the City and the GTA Housing Action Lab will recognize affordable housing partners, emphasizing the need for the federal government to deliver on a national housing strategy. The evening event, called Coming Home, is a PechaKucha event (short talks on innovative housing ideas) organized by Options for Homes and presented by the GTA Housing Lab.

November 22 has been recognized as National Housing Day since 2000.
