Media are invited to meet paramedics at the annual Toronto Paramedic Services Day at the CNE. Paramedics will be available to speak to the public and the media about their profession and to demonstrate the skills and equipment they use to treat up to 800 patients every day in Toronto.

Date: Thursday, September 1
Time: noon to 5 p.m.
Location: 35 Station, 265 Manitoba Drive, CNE grounds

A tour of the CNE's onsite medical aid centre, staffed by Toronto Paramedic Services, can be arranged by calling 416-392-2255 in advance to schedule an appointment between noon and 2 p.m.

Toronto Paramedic Services employees will be marching in the daily CNE Mardi Gras parade starting at 6 p.m. from the Princes' Gates.
