City of Toronto ski hills delay opening
  
Due to warm weather, the North York Ski Centre located in Earl Bales Park on Bathurst St. and the Centennial Park Snow Centre on Centennial Park Rd. will not open before Saturday, December 30.

Ski and snowboard camps, and lessons scheduled from December 27 to December 29 have been cancelled. Registration fees for the affected programs will be refunded.

Staff are monitoring the weather forecasts and hope to open the ski and snowboard facilities on December 30, weather permitting.

Anyone planning to ski or snowboard at either facility, or participants who are registered in winter holiday ski and snowboard camps or lessons scheduled for the period of January 2 to January 5 are advised to call 416-33 TO SKI (416-338-6754) or visit http://www.toronto.ca/parks for up-to-date information about conditions.
