Media Advisory: Mayor David Miller plans to break fifty on the front nine to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Don Valley Golf Course
  
Mayor David Miller will play a celebratory round of golf tomorrow morning to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Don Valley Golf Course.

Don Valley is Toronto’s oldest and most prestigious municipal course. It has a classic Howard Watson design, a traditional variety of holes, and a legendary reputation for its exciting natural setting. The Don Valley Golf Course was opened by Fred Gardiner, the first Chairman of Metro Toronto, in 1956.
