Weekend road closures for annual Easter parade
  
Two road closures will take place this weekend to accommodate the annual Beaches Easter parade.

The Beaches Easter Parade

Sunday closure:

• Queen Street East, from Fallingbrook Road to Victoria Park Avenue, will be closed in both directions on Sunday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to accommodate the set-up and formation area for the parade.
• The parade route will result in Queen Street East being closed in both directions, from Fallingbrook Road to Woodbine Avenue, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Kingston Road is an alternate route for motorists who want to travel east or west in the area.

During the parade, the TTC will cease operations of its Queen Street streetcar along the parade route beginning at 1 p.m. Regular streetcar service will resume operations at the conclusion of the parade.
