CityWatch, is a program of the City’s Community Safety Plan, and is generously supported by Bell Canada and Toronto Hydro.

CityWatch encourages municipal employees to take the initiative to notify emergency personnel when, during the normal course of their work, they see or suspect an emergency or criminal activity. Actions that contribute to community safety (while not creating risk for the employee or other people) qualify for CityWatch recognition.
