Have your say at Union Station Precinct Study Forum

A public forum that is part of a series of consultations for the Union Station precinct study will be held on Tuesday, February 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Metro Hall Rotunda, 55 John St. The forum will include a presentation at 7 p.m.

Topics presented will include heritage guideline considerations, Union Plaza, pedestrian and traffic considerations and refinements to the design of Front Street, including an integrated street furniture proposal.

The precinct study includes a heritage conservation district study, urban design work and transportation planning elements for the area around Union Station. The study’s goal is to create an enhanced and integrated public realm, one of the four big moves identified as essential to ensure the realization of the future vision outlined in the Master Plan.
