Partial closure of intersection at Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue starts Friday, continues through weekend
  
The intersection at Bathurst Street and St. Clair Avenue West will be partially closed from Friday, November 10 at 7 p.m. until Monday, November 13 at 6 a.m. for road and sidewalk work, and the rebuilding of crosswalks.

During the closure, one lane of traffic along St. Clair Avenue West in both directions will remain open, allowing vehicles to travel through the intersection. Traffic travelling north or south on Bathurst Street will not be able to travel through the intersection.

Traffic travelling north on Bathurst Street will be diverted along St. Clair Avenue West, or can detour to Vaughan Road. Vehicles travelling south on Bathurst Street will be detoured at Claxton Boulevard or Tichester Road.

TTC Bathurst Street buses will be diverted around the intersection:

• Northbound 7/310 Bathurst Street buses will be diverted via: north on Bathurst Street, north/west on Vaughan Road, east on Kenwood Avenue, south/east on Claxton Boulevard, and north on Bathurst Street to resume regular routing

• Southbound 7/310 Bathurst Street buses will be diverted via: south on Bathurst Street, east on Tichester Road/Heath Street, south on Spadina Road, west on Austin Terrace, south on Walmer Road, west on Davenport Road, and south on Bathurst Street to resume regular routing

All other TTC buses/routes will continue to operate through the intersection. For information about TTC service, click on www.ttc.ca.

During the closure, motorists are encouraged to use alternate east/west routes such as Dupont Street or Eglinton Avenue, and north/south routes including Dufferin Street or Spadina Road.
