Media Advisory - Fort York hosts Battle of York Commemoration Day event
  
Historic Fort York will be hosting its Battle of York Commemoration Day event on Sunday, April 30. Activities include tours, kids’ drill, military and music demonstrations. Residents will be able to walk in the footsteps of the Canadian, British and American soldiers who fought in Toronto’s famous Battle of York. The Battlefield Walking Tour leaves from the Fort at 1 p.m.

Date: Sunday, April 30
Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (walking tour starts at 1 p.m.)
Location: Historic Fort York, 100 Garrison Rd. (off Fleet Street)
