Executive Director, Municipal Licensing and Standards announced
The City of Toronto today announced the appointment of a new Executive Director of Municipal Licensing and Standards. Ms. Lenna Bradburn will join the City on February 13, following 25 years of public service in Ontario.

Bradburn was most recently with the Ontario Ombudsman’s office where she has spent the past five years as Director of Complaint Services. Her professional past includes a range of positions that began as a front-line police officer with the-then Metropolitan Toronto Police. She later held inspection and operational management positions with the Ministry of the Solicitor General and, for six years, was Chief of Police with the Guelph Police Service.

Bradburn takes over from Richard Butts, who was Acting Executive Director of Municipal Licensing and Standards for four months. Butts was named as General Manager, Solid Waste Management Services, late last year.
