Weekend road closures
  
A series of road and lane closures will take place this weekend to accommodate street events in the city.

Woof Fest

Weekend closure:
  • Front Street, from Scott Street to Jarvis Street, will be closed from Friday, June 9 at 6:30 p.m. until Sunday, June 11 at midnight.
  • King Street is an alternate route.


Portugal Day

Weekend closures:
  • Lansdowne Avenue, from Bloor Street to College Street, will be closed in both directions on Saturday, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dufferin Street is an alternate route.
  • Dundas Street, from Lansdowne Avenue to Bathurst Street, will be closed in both directions on Saturday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the parade. Queen Street and College Street are alternate routes.
  • There will be a number of road closures for the festival on Sunday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the area bounded by Dundas Street to the north, Crawford Street to the west, Queen Street to the south and Bellwoods Avenue to the east.


Toronto Challenge Run

Sunday closure:
  • Wellington Street, from Simcoe Street to John Street, will be closed in both directions on Sunday, June 11 from 8 a.m. to noon. There will also be a variety of road closures during the event in the area bounded by Wellington Street to the north, Bathurst Street to the west, Queen’s Quay to the south and York Street to the east.


The public is encouraged to use public transit (TTC and GO) as a convenient, alternative choice whenever possible.
